Asta Agency is partnering with the company in this recruitment process. This is a time-limited consulting assignment through the end of the year. You will initially be employed by Asta Agency and work as a consultant at the company.
About the Role
As an installation technician, you will have an important role in several ongoing projects where technical solutions are being upgraded and implemented at customer sites. The work is largely independent and involves traveling to customer environments to complete assignments according to clear instructions and manuals.
The role involves significant time on the road and customer contact both by phone and on-site. You will receive introduction and training before working independently, and support from technicians, support staff, and responsible managers is available when needed. At the same time, the role suits you if you can quickly understand instructions, work methodically, and take responsibility for driving the work forward at the customer's site.
Key Responsibilities:
Software upgrades of technical equipment.
Installation and commissioning of customer solutions.
Physical configuration and customization of technical equipment.
Modification and adaptation of existing solutions.
Qualifications and Attributes
We are looking for someone who thrives in an independent service role where technology, problem-solving, and customer contact are central parts of your daily work. You take responsibility for your tasks, drive your work forward, and ensure that what you start is also completed. To succeed in the role, you are organized, communicative, and flexible. You are attentive when working with customers, have a talent for building good relationships, and are motivated by delivering high-quality service.
Additionally, you have:
Education or experience in information and communications technology, automation, networking, or a technical field.
Experience with installation, upgrading, or configuration of technical equipment.
Practical experience from fieldwork or project deliveries.
Driver's license category B and your own vehicle.
Good knowledge of Swedish and/or English.
It is an advantage if you have experience with technical solutions that combine software and mechanical components.

Start: Immediately.
Location: Stockholm, Norrköping, or Gothenburg and surrounding areas.
Extent: Full-time.
Salary: According to agreement.
