Approval as a facility manager by the IVO (Inspection Board for Care Institutions) is a requirement for permanent employment. A certificate from the criminal record and suspicion register will be requested. A Class B driver's license is required. Working hours are daytime, Monday through Friday. On-call duty is required approximately every 9 weeks. Start date and salary by agreement.
