This area is currently outsourced, and a key part of the role is to participate in bringing the delivery in-house from an external partner and help build strong internal capability. An important part ahead is the development of our endpoint environment, where we have already started the transition to modern client management with Intune and are now taking the next step toward increased automation throughout the lifecycle and exploring a new VDI solution. In this role, you will: Work with client and device management for Windows and mobile platforms throughout the entire lifecycle Further develop and manage our endpoint platform with a focus on Intune, where you drive automation and efficiency improvements such as client installation and management Work with application management, packaging, and distribution Contribute to a standardized and sustainable client environment through clear policies Further develop our VDI solution and other user-facing platforms Ensure a stable, secure, and easy-to-manage workplace environment This is a role where you combine technical work in the platform with a responsibility to drive development and improvement over time. You will work closely with the Service Owner for the area as well as other colleagues in Digital Workplace and IT Operations. The position is located at Tekniska verken's head office in central Linköping. Your Profile and Background We are looking for someone with a strong foundation in endpoint management and client platforms, and who thrives in a role where you work close to the technology while contributing to developing and improving the overall solution. As a person, you are structured, solution-oriented, and have a natural drive to streamline and create sustainable working methods. We are looking for someone who has: Several years of experience in endpoint management, with emphasis on MDM platforms / Intune Good knowledge of Windows client platform, mobile devices, and application management Experience with modern approaches in device management, such as automation and lifecycle management Understanding of the digital workplace as a whole, including mobility, VDI, and related platforms It is a merit if you also have experience with application packaging in M365 environments and SCCM.
