You don't need extensive management experience to be interesting to us. We are open to candidates who are earlier in their leadership career but who have the right conditions, motivation, and development potential to grow into a confident and skilled leader. Who are you? To succeed in the role, you need to be confident and stable and able to distinguish between the personal and the professional.
