At Outokumpu, Varmband we are now seeking a shift electrician for our maintenance team. In this role, you will work in a dynamic environment where safety always has the highest priority. You will collaborate closely with mechanics to handle urgent machine breakdowns as well as plan and perform preventive maintenance. About the Position As an electrician with us, you will have the opportunity to work with advanced technology and challenging tasks that develop both your competence and technical understanding. The role also includes administrative tasks and sometimes supplier contacts, which gives you the opportunity to contribute to the development and improvement of our processes. The position is full-time and involves continuous 5-shift operation. Your Responsibilities Troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of Outokumpu's electrical equipment. Development of electrical maintenance to ensure an operationally reliable production facility. Active participation in the company's safety work to create a safe work environment. Contribute to improvement initiatives both individually and as part of a team. Support the company's various departments with preventive and corrective maintenance work. Use our maintenance system Maximo. Your Profile Upper secondary education in electrical, industrial, automation, or equivalent. Structured and responsible with strong drive. Initiative-taking and solution-oriented. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good computer skills. Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a merit. Troubleshooting experience and PLC knowledge are merits. Experience working with maintenance and maintenance systems for machinery equipment and electrical systems are merits.
