Restaurant Manager
We are now seeking a Restaurant Manager for our PR restaurant located at Nordby Shopping Center. With us, you'll have a key role where you lead daily operations on the floor, develop your team, and ensure our guests always have a fantastic experience. The Role and Your Responsibilities As Restaurant Manager, you have overall operational and personnel responsibility for the restaurant. Operative Leadership: Be present on the floor, lead and inspire dining room staff during all shifts. Personnel & Scheduling: Responsible for staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and daily coaching of the team. Guest Experience & Quality: Ensure high service standards, good customer care, and a clean, welcoming environment. Finance & Goals: Actively work with sales, labor costs, and follow-up against set targets. Procedures & Hygiene: Ensure compliance with applicable procedures, self-inspection, and workplace safety regulations. Qualifications Documented experience from a leadership role in the restaurant industry (e.g., Restaurant Manager, Head Waiter, or Assistant Restaurant Manager). Experience with personnel responsibility, scheduling, and operational management. Good understanding of restaurant economics and key metrics (labor costs, sales targets). Fluent Swedish or Norwegian in speech and writing, as well as good English skills. Clear leadership, good communication skills, and high stress tolerance. About the Position & What We Offer Scope: Permanent employment 100% (full-time), with a 6-month probationary period. Working Hours: Scheduled working time (day, evening, and weekend shifts based on the center's opening hours). Start Date: By agreement. Collective Agreement: We follow the Visita – Unionen/HRF collective agreement.
