As a part-time retail sales associate with us, you will be an important part of our team and contribute to creating a positive experience for all our visitors. Skills and Competencies We are looking for someone who is cheerful and driven in your work with a strong commitment to providing the best possible service. You are solution-oriented and quickly find solutions to problems that arise. As a person, you are action-oriented and act proactively, take initiative, and work purposefully to achieve set goals. You actively contribute to a sense of community and good relationships with both customers and colleagues, and are loyal to the company's values and goals. Work Duties Together with colleagues, manage daily store operations Ensure the store is well-stocked and inviting Receive and stock merchandise Process payments and handle the cash register system Participate in customer activities and campaigns Product displays and campaign signage Promote a great experience for all our visitors Requirements and Qualifications We are looking for engaged employees who want to be part of our team. You have a good ability to independently identify and perform necessary work tasks, and you are motivated by contributing to the store's success. For this position, experience from retail is a plus. You also need to be fluent in Swedish in both speech and writing. We offer two fixed-term contracts of 50% with start by agreement.
