Do you want to create taste experiences in an environment full of pulse and variety? Ahead of the winter season, we are looking for passionate chefs for our hotel restaurants. Here you will work with ingredients from scratch, in different kitchen environments and together with a committed team that is passionate about quality in every detail. Our hotels offer a wide range of restaurants, cafés, and bars with different concepts, menus, and specialties. That's why we're looking for chefs with diverse experience and specialized skills. In this role, you'll work at one of the kitchen stations alongside dedicated colleagues and have the opportunity to grow in a dynamic environment where quality, teamwork, and the guest experience are the top priorities. You will be responsible for preparing and cooking food from scratch and delivering a dining experience that exceeds guests' expectations. Main tasks Daily preparations for service Preparing food according to orders and recipes Ensuring that the workstation is kept clean, organized, and in compliance with applicable hygiene procedures Planning and carrying out prep work and operations during major events, conferences, and functions Collaborating with colleagues to ensure an efficient and well-functioning kitchen What is required of you in this job? We are looking for someone who has a passion for cooking and who enjoys working in the kitchen. You have positive energy, are passionate about service and have a great sense of teamwork. The work suits you who are committed, service-oriented, stress-resistant and responsible. You thrive in a hectic environment with working hours that vary from early mornings, late afternoons and evenings. You see striving to exceed guest expectations as a matter of course in your work. Skills required for the job High school education and/or work experience as a chef Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and food safety You are fluent in a Scandinavian language and/or English, both spoken and written. Relevant experience Experience from catering operations Employment Seasonal employment in the period December - April. Working hours 20-40 hours/week. Varying working hours, day, evening, weekdays and weekends. Salary level Sweden: Salary according to collective agreement and individual salary setting.
