You will meet patients of all ages who need support and assistance in various areas such as hand problems, sleep and stress, mental health, pain, neurological issues, cognitive impairment, assistive device needs, and housing adaptations. Collaboration with the primary care center is important, and in Sandared this works very well. Together we have several joint workflows for mental health and pain. We plan to launch more joint workflows with the primary care center in COPD, heart problems and memory assessments, as well as work capacity assessments in connection with sick leave. The work takes place at the clinic, through physical or digital visits, as well as home visits. Some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partner organizations. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary healthcare, that is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated therapists. If you have supervisor training and/or further/advanced education, that is also a merit.
