At Närhälsan's rehabilitation clinic in Sandared, four employees work together—three physiotherapists and one occupational therapist. The team is planned to expand with one additional occupational therapist and one physiotherapist. The rehabilitation clinic is highly functional, and the work group has many years of combined experience and expertise. The team is curious and development-oriented and has excellent collaboration with the primary care center. We share facilities with the primary care center in Sandared, which makes it easy and efficient to collaborate. The rehabilitation clinic runs several development projects together with the primary care center where we jointly develop new working methods and workflows to best meet patients' needs. You will meet patients of all ages who need support and assistance in various areas such as hand problems, sleep and stress, mental health, pain, neurological issues, cognitive impairment, assistive device needs, and housing adaptations. Collaboration with the primary care center is important, and in Sandared this works very well. Together we have several joint workflows for mental health and pain. We plan to launch more joint workflows with the primary care center in COPD, heart problems and memory assessments, as well as work capacity assessments in connection with sick leave. The work takes place at the clinic, through physical or digital visits, as well as home visits. Some work can be performed remotely. Patient treatment occurs both individually and in groups. The work involves close collaboration with other professionals, both at your own clinic and with other partner organizations. Primary healthcare choice rehabilitation is an exciting service that is evolving and offers opportunities for positive and creative patient meetings with work arrangements that suit the patient, the clinic, and you as an employee. The position is based at Närhälsan Sandared's rehabilitation clinic. Through our close collaboration with other rehabilitation clinics within Närhälsan's region R7 Södra Älvsborg, there is an opportunity to support other clinics when needed. We plan for a good introduction that feels secure for you, with an introduction program and mentorship. About You You are a licensed occupational therapist. If you have previous experience in the profession and primary healthcare, that is a merit, but we also welcome newly graduated therapists. If you have supervisor training and/or further/advanced education, that is also a merit. We are looking for someone who is attentive, has good communication skills, and can identify individuals' unique needs as you meet many different people. You can plan your work in an efficient and organized way based on the clinic's goals and the primary healthcare choice framework, and you thrive with variety in your work. As workload is varied and unexpected events can occur, we see that you are flexible, independent, and solution-focused. For you, it is a matter of course to collaborate with colleagues and other partners and to actively drive development and new thinking within the clinic. Other Information Work-related travel occurs; a driver's license (Category B) is required. Interviews are held on an ongoing basis at the rehabilitation clinic.
