Wendelsbergs Folk High School is seeking a Hotel and Conference Manager who wants to combine business acumen with social purpose. Position available fall 2026. The Hotel and Conference Manager is responsible for hotel, hostel, and conference operations. This includes leading a team of approximately 10 people, planning operations, sales, pricing, marketing, and developing both accommodation and conference services. The work is conducted in close collaboration with the head chef and other activities at the school. We are looking for someone with relevant education and several years of experience running and developing small-scale hotel operations.
