About Opportunity Day Since 2016, Opportunity Day has worked toward a more inclusive labor market by creating meeting places where business, public sector and civil society meet. We drive opinion, spread knowledge and create concrete opportunities for employers to find talent and for more people to find a path into the labor market. About the Role This is a role for someone who wants to develop an organization – not just maintain it. You will be an important part of our strategic work while driving our daily operations forward, building relationships and turning ideas into action. One day you participate in meetings with companies or public actors, the next you develop a new concept, conduct environmental analysis or create content for an upcoming event. We are a small team which means short decision-making processes and great personal responsibility. You will, among other things: Be a driving force in Opportunity Day's continued development. Contribute with analyses and develop our offerings, projects and events. Monitor trends in the labor market, skills supply and D&I. Contribute with analyses and strategic insights. Build long-term relationships and develop new collaborations with companies, public sector and civil society. Develop content for seminars, trainings and conferences. Identify relevant speakers and inspirational figures. Contribute to developing Opportunity Day's brand and market position. You combine knowledge of D&I with a strategic, results-oriented and business-like perspective. You see opportunities, build trust and thrive in a role where you can make an impact. We believe you have: Several years of experience working strategically and operationally with diversity, inclusion, equality or social sustainability. Experience working both strategically and operatively. You are confident in identifying funding opportunities, seeking grants and creating collaborations that contribute to organizational development and finances. Are analytical and see connections between societal development and organizational development. Have a business-like approach and experience building and developing collaborations between different actors, such as business, public sector or civil society. Are confident in representing an organization and building long-term relationships. Take initiative, drive work forward and thrive with significant personal responsibility. Have strong self-drive and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment where you're prepared to roll up your sleeves and go the extra mile when needed. You have a sense for communication and form – you see what looks good, is clear and is targeted appropriately, whether it's text, graphic design, event marketing or product materials. You have an academic background in, for example, management, behavioral science, business administration, political science or social sustainability. You may also have acquired equivalent expertise through work experience. It is an advantage if you have sales experience and an established network within the labor market, HR or D&I field.
