Your Assignment As a Technical Facilities Manager, you are responsible for the technical management of the property portfolio with focus on function, operation, lifespan and long-term value development. The role is broad and generalist in nature, where you have overall responsibility for the technical systems of the properties such as ventilation, electricity, heating, cooling and control and monitoring systems. Unlike technical specialists who specialize in specific technical areas, as a Technical Facilities Manager you have a holistic perspective and ensure that all technical systems work together and function effectively based on operational needs. You work closely with facilities managers, operations organization, project department, technical specialists and external suppliers. The role involves identifying development needs, initiating and prioritizing technical measures, and participating in projects as a requirement setter and coordinating function. You are also responsible for analyzing maintenance needs, preparing documentation for investment and maintenance plans, and contributing to energy efficiency and sustainable solutions. The role also includes monitoring technical performance, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and supporting operations on technical matters. Your Qualifications We are looking for someone with technical education in areas such as real estate, installation, energy or construction, or equivalent work experience. You have a good understanding of property technical systems and how they interact in complex buildings. You thrive in a generalist role where you work broadly with multiple technical areas in parallel and have the ability to prioritize, coordinate and see the whole picture rather than specializing in a single technical discipline. Experience in technical management, operations or projects is advantageous. Knowledge in energy optimization, control and monitoring systems and applicable regulatory requirements is an advantage. You have good system skills and work in a structured manner with follow-up, analysis and documentation. You are self-driven, take responsibility and drive matters forward while maintaining a holistic perspective on the property's technical function and long-term development. Your main responsibilities will be: - Analyze, plan, and design traffic arrangement solutions by developing Traffic Arrangement Plans (TA plans). - Apply for permits and manage all necessary administrative documentation. - Maintain ongoing contact with customers, road authorities, public transportation, emergency services, and other relevant parties. - Conduct site visits to ensure TA plans are being followed and safety standards are met. - Perform risk analyses related to work that affects traffic. - Lead permit processes together with relevant stakeholders. - Be responsible for invoicing completed work.
