With a culture characterized by continuous improvement, Toyota strives to create value for customers, society, and employees. With a focus on quality, innovation, and long-term relationships, we continue to strengthen our position in both the private and corporate markets, together with our nationwide dealer network. Are you ready for the next step in your sales career and do you have experience in fleet business? Then you might be the person we're looking for! About the position Toyota is one of Sweden's strongest automotive brands and offers an attractive and broad model range. We are growing and continuing to invest in our fleet business, and we are now seeking a Fleet Key Account Manager who wants to help develop our business with larger corporate customers. As a Fleet Key Account Manager, you will play a central role in strengthening Toyota's position in the corporate market and developing long-term relationships with our customers and partners. You will hold a broad role that, in addition to sales, involves strategic work to strengthen our fleet business and our dealers' opportunities for growing corporate sales. Through your efforts and our fleet team's contributions, we create a strong and sustainable fleet business. The role involves many contact points both internally and externally, and you will work closely with our dealers and collaborate with several internal functions, including our European headquarters, our Nordic organization, and our finance company. Your responsibilities include: • Taking responsibility for and developing relationships with larger corporate customers and strategic partners • Driving tenders and business processes within the fleet segment • Identifying and developing business opportunities that strengthen Toyota's position in the corporate market • Working strategically to optimize Toyota's offering to corporate customers • Working closely with our dealers and supporting them in corporate business • Participating in strategic projects and collaborations related to fleet business The position is based at our office in Stockholm, but travel occurs a couple of times per month. You will be part of a competent and engaged fleet team and report to our national Fleet Manager. Your profile To succeed in this role, we believe you have several years of experience in sales and business development within the automotive industry and fleet business. You have, among other things: • Experience working with larger corporate customers or Key Account Management • Experience driving business deals, tenders, or larger projects • Good understanding of corporate business and the business models used in fleet • Good IT skills and experience working in, for example, MS Office • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Your experience is important to us, but your personality is equally important. We believe you are a goal-oriented and strategic person who not only takes responsibility but also ownership of your work. You are a team player who values collaboration and who thrives in a role with many contact points. Your social skills enable you to build trust with customers, dealers, and colleagues alike, and you feel comfortable in conversations at different levels. If you also share our passion for the automotive industry, you will fit very well with us. We offer At Toyota, you will find not only one of the automotive industry's strongest brands but also a stable and highly respected employer. We are an international company with strong values and a clear culture through The Toyota Way. With us, you are offered a developmental role where you get to contribute to our continued investment in fleet business, together with an engaged team and with good opportunities to develop in your role. Toyota Sweden is now part of a Nordic organization, which means that in this role you will also collaborate in a larger regional context. Here, opportunities are created for experience sharing, joint initiatives, and development of fleet business together with colleagues in the Nordic region, which gives the role both breadth and additional perspective.
