A few years ago, Teo's life changed when he suffered from a serious brain inflammation (TBE). After an amazing fight back, he has regained many of his abilities, but today lives with epilepsy and needs support to live an active, safe, and independent life. What does the job involve? As a personal assistant, you will become an important part of Teo's daily life. You meet him after school and are there during afternoons, evenings, and weekends. No two days are the same. One day you might exercise together, cook dinner, or watch a football match. The next day is about providing support, creating structure, and being there with patience, humor, and positive drive. You become both a practical support and a person who encourages, motivates, and helps Teo continue to develop. Who are we looking for? You don't need to have worked as a personal assistant before – we'll teach you what you need to know. The most important thing is that you: 💙 are secure, positive, and responsible ⚽ enjoy being active and motivating others 😊 have humor and a warm demeanor 💪 are physically strong as the work involves some lifting and transfers 🤝 want to build a long-term and secure relationship with Teo Working hours are mainly afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
