SFI Teacher with Passion for Folk Education and Relational Learning (40%) Would you like to be part of building a new SFI model where the structure of the adult education system meets folk education pedagogy and relational learning? Sundbybergs folkhögskola is now seeking a qualified SFI teacher for the launch of our evening SFI starting in October 2026. About the Role As an SFI teacher with us, you will have overall pedagogical responsibility for our new pilot group within Study Paths 2 and 3 (courses C/D). You work closely with a dedicated language support specialist who provides classroom assistance and leads smaller conversation groups. Your responsibilities include: Planning and delivering pedagogical instruction. Responsibility for grading and national exams. Applying relational learning, intercultural engagement, and integrating AI as a pedagogical tool. Being part of the pedagogical core team as we scale up operations in 2027.
