Do you want to use your technical expertise to solve real business problems at scale, without spending all day writing code? With us, you'll have a key role in the hub between thousands of applications, enormous amounts of data, and business-critical flows. When our services go down, the business goes down. Here you help ensure that everything from payments and inventory flows to digital customer service works 24/7. Your day-to-day work consists of: Understanding needs from different departments and translating them into smart integration solutions Working with Java in Linux environments, Apache/Confluent Kafka, Kubernetes and cloud platforms Configuring and reusing existing components rather than building everything from scratch Looking at the big picture—how new flows impact capacity, stability, and other systems This is not a pure "coding job"—programming is your tool, but you're driven by the interplay between technology, people, and business. Who We Think You Are We believe you: Have approximately 5+ years of Java development experience Are communicative, unpretentious, and comfortable meeting with different departments Are meticulous, responsible, and humble—you understand that our solutions are business-critical Enjoy collaborating, asking questions, listening, and building trust with other teams Have post-secondary technical education or equivalent experience Have worked with Linux, cloud (e.g., Azure/GCP/AWS/Oracle) and preferably Kafka/Kubernetes Swedish is a plus but not required; good English is needed. JOB

Automation Developer in BPM for Global Industrial Company!

Do you want to bring structure to complex business processes and transform manual workflows into smart automation? Here you'll work closely with the business and build the foundation for scalable digital processes – using BPM, workflow, and AI support as your tools. About the Role In this position, you'll analyze existing workflows, identify bottlenecks, and transform manual processes involving email, Excel, Word documents, approvals, and handovers into structured digital processes. You'll design forms, decision and approval flows, responsibility allocation, SLAs, and regional or local sub-processes, then build automation that makes the solution clear and practical to use. AI and agents can complement your work – for example, in reviewing documentation or making automated decisions within defined parameters. However, the core of the role is business process automation: first creating the right structure, then automating it. You'll become part of an international team working closely with multiple business functions, driving the shift toward more cohesive, efficient, and digital ways of working. We're Looking for You You have 3–5 years of experience in BPM, workflow development, or business process automation. You've worked with one or more workflow, BPM, or low-code platforms and can quickly get up to speed with new tools. You understand how business, systems, data, and processes interact, and can translate needs into sustainable digital solutions. You enjoy dialogue with different parts of the organization and are confident challenging, clarifying, and driving requirements forward. You are structured, curious, and solution-oriented with a genuine interest in process improvement and automation. Experience with AI or AI agents is a plus but not required. About the Employer You'll join a global, technology-driven organization operating in industry, digitalization, and automation. The organization is in a growth phase where process automation is becoming increasingly important for creating more efficient, standardized, and scalable workflows. Here you'll have the opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, delivering solutions that impact multiple parts of the organization. The role also offers excellent prospects for developing into a more technical leadership position within process automation over time. Practical Information This is a full-time role starting as a consultant position through Xamera, with the goal of permanent hire after approximately one year. The position is based in Stockholm or Örebro, with good opportunities for hybrid and remote work. Start date to be agreed upon, taking into account any notice periods. Drug and alcohol testing will be conducted before start. Selection and interviews are ongoing, so please submit your application as soon as possible. If you have questions about the position, feel free to contact Mikaela Magnusson at Xamera via [email protected]
