Qualifications Previous experience from reception and cash work in healthcare is required, as well as strong experience with TakeCare and basic medical record documentation. Experience in psychiatric outpatient care or caring for patients with psychosocial illnesses and conditions is meritorious, as is experience with large customer invoicing, LMA cards, and healthcare contact registration (including KVÅ/DRG) and scanning. Other meritorious experience includes knowledge of the healthcare travel system, Tele-Q, 1177/AlltidÖppet, as well as familiarity with telephone contact with both patients and other parties, and experience with internal services (kitchen, mail, recycling, purchasing).
