Sollentuna Psychiatric Clinic Seeks Temporary Administrator

Psychiatry Northwest is seeking a temporary administrator/receptionist/internal services employee for Sollentuna Psychiatric Clinic Psychiatry Northwest is a university clinic in the northwestern part of Stockholm County's healthcare district, providing specialist-level psychiatric care in both outpatient and inpatient settings for all individuals 18 years and older registered in Stockholm County. The clinic has approximately 550 employees distributed across three general psychiatric outpatient clinics, seven specialized clinics, and eight inpatient wards. We are looking for someone who wants to work as an administrator within our administrative unit (Administration Sollentuna-Väsby) with placement in Sollentuna. You will be the face of our clinic toward patients and healthcare partners, both on the telephone and in our reception area, which requires you to maintain a calm and friendly demeanor even in stressful situations. You will be at the center of the clinic's information flow and will have contact with many staff members, making the tasks varied, responsible, and enjoyable. Duties Providing administrative support to our therapists and physicians, managing the reception including cash handling tasks such as processing payments and registering patient visits, telephone communication including basic medical record administration, mail handling, and other administrative duties as needed. The role also includes internal services tasks (kitchen, mail, recycling, purchasing). Qualifications Previous experience from reception and cash work in healthcare is required, as well as strong experience with TakeCare and basic medical record documentation. Experience in psychiatric outpatient care or caring for patients with psychosocial illnesses and conditions is meritorious, as is experience with large customer invoicing, LMA cards, and healthcare contact registration (including KVÅ/DRG) and scanning. Other meritorious experience includes knowledge of the healthcare travel system, Tele-Q, 1177/AlltidÖppet, as well as familiarity with telephone contact with both patients and other parties, and experience with internal services (kitchen, mail, recycling, purchasing).
