We are now seeking a Portfolio and Model Manager for IT Service Management for our IT governance unit. Your task will be to drive the strategic development and management of our IT services, as well as the associated service organization. As Portfolio and Model Manager, you will be responsible for the lifecycle of IT services from design and development, to operations and decommissioning. You will ensure that IT services are of high quality and efficient, and that they meet the organization's objectives. In this role, you will work on developing and managing a clear structure for the service portfolio and catalog, where you analyze and provide recommendations on content. Read more about working at the Swedish Transport Agency Your Responsibilities - Drive strategic development and management of the service organization - Ensure that IT services are effective and meet the organization's objectives - Develop and maintain a clear structure for the service portfolio, catalog, and its content, including overarching KPIs - Conduct portfolio analysis by evaluating existing services and providing recommendations on the content of the service portfolio and catalog - Provide comprehensive support for competency development in IT Service Management You Must Have - University degree in IT, Systems Science, Engineering, or equivalent knowledge that we consider equivalent - Very good understanding of ITIL, service management, and IT delivery processes - Several years of broad experience working with IT Service Management, such as IT service manager, service delivery manager, or portfolio manager - Experience with lifecycle management of IT services, preferably across multiple technology layers (e.g., applications, infrastructure) - Experience with strategic focus and working at the intersection between IT and business - Basic technical understanding of infrastructure, integrations, application operations, security aspects, and IT environment management - Understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, and business value related to IT It is Advantageous if You Also Have - ITIL certification or similar framework certification - Broad experience and understanding of IT organization structure - Experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira Service Management) - Experience with agile methods and management models such as Scrum, DevOps, and PM3 - Experience from the public sector or regulated environments - Experience with application lifecycle management, product management, or continuous improvement - Experience with change management We Want You to - Work well with complex issues, see the bigger picture, and solve complicated problems. More Information The employment is permanent with placement in Örebro, Norrköping, Borlänge, or Stockholm. Since the majority of the IT department is based in Örebro, weekly travel will occur in the position if you are based elsewhere. Employment terms to be agreed.
