About the Position We are seeking a broker coordinator for our real estate offices in Östergötland - Linköping and Motala. As a broker coordinator, you will have one of the most important functions in our team, where your primary responsibility will be to support the brokers in the sales process. In this role, you will work closely with our brokers and have a varied day-to-day where you support the administrative aspects of real estate transactions – from the first customer contact to closing. For example, scheduling customer meetings, preparations for sales, property listings, administrative tasks related to closings, ongoing customer contact, coordination with banks, housing associations, and property managers.
