Social Services Worker

What awaits you: • Direct care for clients with disabilities (individuals with mental and combined disabilities) – assistance with personal hygiene, feeding, dressing, and daily household activities, client activation, and cooperation in individual planning. • Collaboration with a team of professionals and clients' families. • Administrative tasks related to providing social services (e.g., daily care records and care implementation). • Continuous operations in two-shift mode (12-hour shifts, morning/night shifts). What we require: • Genuine interest in working with people with disabilities (individuals with mental and combined disabilities), empathy, patience, and listening skills. • Responsible and positive approach toward people with disabilities. • Experience working with people with disabilities is a plus. • Team spirit and ability to work independently. • Criminal record clearance and health fitness. • Basic qualification according to Law No. 108/2006 Coll. on Social Services (or willingness to obtain it).
