Cooperation Manager

WHAT DOES A PROJECT MANAGER/COOPERATION COORDINATOR DO AT US? • Orders parts, semi-finished goods, and subcontracting services for production – negotiates with subcontractors, resolves timelines, arranges transportation, issues subcontracting orders, verifies and negotiates prices, and monitors quality • Manages goods receipt both systematically and manually • Acts as the liaison between key customers, production, suppliers, and subcontractors • Communicates with key customers and coordinates volume forecasts and order timelines • Verifies complete material readiness for assigned orders based on customer orders WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? • Experience in a similar position (project manager, cooperation coordinator, procurement/logistics in mechanical engineering) of at least 2 years • Technical thinking and knowledge of mechanical engineering production • Ability to read technical drawings • Someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty occasionally • Strong commercial negotiation and deal-making skills • Excellent communication abilities • Proficiency with MS Office + experience with ERP systems • Ability to coordinate and manage multiple production projects simultaneously • Ability to work effectively as part of a team • Independence and responsibility • Valid Group B driver's license
