At this position, state service (hereinafter "service") is performed in the fields of service: 13 Non-insurance social benefits systems 14 Social services, social work and socio-legal protection of children, family policy 17 Employment At this position, the following activities are performed in particular: - management and methodological guidance of the Non-Insurance Social Benefits Department in accordance with applicable legal regulations, management acts, and organizational rules. Responsibility for the performance of activities assigned to this department, conducting supervisory control in accordance with internal regulations, - providing basic social counseling in the area of non-insurance social benefits and social services, - handling specialized and particularly complex administrative proceedings, including possible verification of the correctness and approval of decisions, - ensuring the implementation of financial control according to Act No. 320/2001 Coll., on Financial Control in Public Administration and its implementing regulations, within the scope of agenda established by this job description and to the extent determined by superiors and internal regulations, - providing cooperation to other entities in the performance of work activities in accordance with applicable regulations, - maintaining file documentation according to filing rules, - preparing data for statistics and analysis of departmental activities, - conducting supervisory control in accordance with the law and internal regulations.
