About the Role As a restaurant manager, you have overall responsibility for daily operations and business development. You lead and inspire your team, ensure high quality in service and dining experience, and actively work with budgets, personnel, and business objectives. Your Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop employees. Manage daily operations and guest experience. Work with budgets, results, and cost control together with our finance manager. Plan staffing and scheduling. Ensure that routines, quality standards, and food safety regulations are followed. Drive sales and contribute to the continued development of the business. We're Looking for Someone Who Has several years of experience as a restaurant manager or in a similar leadership role. Is a confident and inspiring leader with a strong ability to create engagement. Has good financial understanding and experience with budget and profit responsibility. Is solution-oriented, organized, and comfortable working at a fast pace.
