Supervisor - Labor Market Unit (AME) Do you want to become part of our labor market unit where we work together to support individuals toward self-sufficiency? A lot is happening in the municipal labor market sector right now, and we need to strengthen our unit with an additional supervisor. We are a relatively small unit in a relatively small municipality, which means there are good opportunities to help shape the structure and work in a way that is best adapted to the individuals who are part of our target group. The unit consists of a manager, labor market coaches, supervisors, and an administrator. You will be one of our three supervisors. In your role as supervisor, you will have daily responsibility for a group of participants. Who the participants are and how many they are can vary depending on the day and activity.

WORK DUTIES
• Provide individual support and guidance in daily work tasks and activities
• Motivate participants and promote participation and self-confidence
• Support participants in practical work tasks and skills
• Be a reliable contact person and support during practical exercises or daily activities
• Help participants develop routines, social skills, and workplace competencies
• Plan and conduct group activities
• Simple documentation in operational systems
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who has the ability to see, motivate, and strengthen people around you. You are motivated by supporting and guiding people in their development and toward development. Your commitment and positive attitude characterize your supervisory approach. You have good social and communication skills, are relationship-building, and actively work to maintain good relationships and build trust. You are pedagogical, clear, and can instruct and guide in your daily work with individuals and can adapt to changing circumstances. You enjoy working with people and possess patience and perseverance. You should be able to work independently and take your own initiative. The work requires flexibility, thoroughness, teamwork skills, and the ability to structure, organize, and plan your work. A Class B driver's license is required. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
Meritorious:
• Post-secondary education with a focus on social work, social pedagogy, treatment, rehabilitation, or pedagogy
• Experience from work in support and treatment or educational activities
• Experience working with people who are far from the labor market due to physical and/or mental health issues
• Knowledge of and experience working with people with NPF diagnoses

The central town of Valdemarsvik is located right by Valdemarsviken Bay, and from the office it only takes a couple of minutes to get down to the water. There are good bus connections from Norrköping and Söderköping, and all parking spaces are free.
