Lergökens preschool is located in Forsbacka and Sofiedalsgården and Guldsmeden are centrally located in Valbo. All preschools are close to libraries, forests and nature, which gives us great opportunities to create varied and inspiring learning environments both indoors and outdoors. Lergökens preschool and Sofiedalsgården each consist of five departments and Guldsmeden has 3 departments where preschool teachers and childcare workers work together based on the curriculum's goals. We organize our work in projects that create context and coherence in children's learning. Through an exploratory working method, children have the opportunity to develop, be involved and influence their daily lives. 5 position(s). WORK TASKS Are you a pedagogical preschool teacher who wants to contribute to children's learning and development? We are looking for you who is an engaged, positive and driven preschool teacher who is passionate about your mission and pedagogical development work. Your work tasks include: • that you and your work team have the main responsibility for pedagogical instruction at the preschool • that you plan, implement, document and follow up, and evaluate activities according to decided goals and guidelines • to use the learning platform Unikum in systematic quality work QUALIFICATIONS You are a pedagogical and confident preschool teacher with the child in focus. We are looking for you who: • have a degree (2026) from the preschool teacher program and/or preschool teacher certification with authority to teach in preschool and preschool class. • are familiar with and have knowledge of the preschool curriculum • have good ability to express yourself well in Swedish in both speech and writing • have experience with children with special needs • have experience with AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) and/or experience with TAKK To succeed in the role: • you have the ability to see what needs to be prioritized, are efficient and use resources to best achieve results • you inspire confidence and build trust and have the ability to spread calm and stability • you have an unpretentious approach in your collaboration with colleagues, children and guardians • you have the ability to lead and motivate children and colleagues. You make them feel belonging and inclusion. You are good at creating open dialogue and adapt your language based on the current situation Selection and interviews take place continuously during the recruitment process.
