The client company offers a wide range of communication services and plays a key role in shaping digital transformation in the Nordic region. Their products and services are critical in addressing current and future societal and environmental challenges. You will be based at the office in Umeå. Your Responsibilities As an Order & Delivery Coordinator, you will be part of a dynamic team in Delivery & Billing IoT, ensuring that Telia's IoT customers are onboarded smoothly, that deliveries are coordinated efficiently, and that billing runs flawlessly. The role involves both operational work and opportunities to develop and improve processes for new products. Your main responsibilities: - Manage and coordinate orders in collaboration with colleagues and customers - Identify and drive improvements in the order flow - Participate in and occasionally lead projects - Collaborate with delivery specialists on implementing new products - Create and update procedures What We're Looking For We seek someone who is positive, self-directed, and has strong ability to manage both your time and tasks.
