About the Mission in Botkyrka Fryshuset will operate several activities in Botkyrka with Southside Tumba as a central hub. The mission encompasses meeting places and activities for young people where the focus is on meaningful leisure, participation, relationships, and hope for the future. The activities are led in day-to-day work by facility managers and supervisory functions, while you as operations manager hold overall responsibility for the whole. In this role, you are responsible for creating shared direction, developing the activities, and ensuring that Fryshuset delivers high quality in accordance with the mission, goals, and values. You are also Fryshuset's primary representative in dialogue with the municipality and other important partners. Your Role at Fryshuset As operations manager, you have overall responsibility for Fryshuset's activities in Botkyrka. You lead through others and create the conditions necessary for facility managers and staff to succeed in their assignments. The role combines strategic leadership with close operational responsibility. You also have special responsibility for Southside Tumba and work together with the Senior Leisure Leader/Assistant Manager to ensure smooth operations. You will become an important part of the leadership team for Fryshuset's operations in Botkyrka and will have the opportunity to help create a safe, inspiring, and meaningful meeting place for young people. About Southside Tumba Southside Tumba is a central operation that will become part of Fryshuset's assignment regarding open leisure activities in Botkyrka municipality from 2027. At Southside, leisure club activities are conducted for middle school students and an activity center for high school youth with a focus on meaningful leisure time, relationships, participation, and future hope. As a Leisure Activities Leader with Supervisory Responsibility, you have a central function in the operation. You are responsible for daily coordination and management, support the work team in their daily work, and ensure that activities are carried out with high quality. About Southside Tumba Southside Tumba is a central part of Fryshuset's upcoming recreation activities in Botkyrka and a vibrant meeting place for young people. Here we run both a recreation club for children aged 10-12 and an activity center for young people aged 13-16. Fryshuset takes over the operation of the activity from January 2027. The activity is built on relationships, participation, and young people's own drives. We offer safe environments where children and young people have the opportunity to explore their interests, influence the activities, and develop together with committed adults.
