Warmly welcome to Torsby Bostäder. 1 position(s). RESPONSIBILITIES As an energy optimizer, you are responsible for developing and improving energy efficiency in our property portfolio. You analyze energy consumption, optimize the operation of technical systems, and actively work with control and monitoring systems, solar cell installations, and charging infrastructure. The role also involves participating in construction and renovation projects, developing technical decision-making materials, conducting investigations, and collaborating with both internal functions and external contractors and consultants to create sustainable and cost-effective solutions. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in energy, building technology, HVAC, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience. You have a good understanding of technical building systems and experience in operations, energy optimization, and analysis. You can interpret technical drawings, have knowledge of control and regulation systems, and hold a valid driver's license. It is meritorious if you have experience from the real estate industry, renovation or new construction projects, project management, or work with load balancing, power management, and energy-related certifications. As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, and business-minded. You work in a structured and independent manner while enjoying collaboration and building good relationships with colleagues, contractors, and other partners. Salary form: Monthly salary.
