The following activities are performed at this position: - Partial procedures required for seed and seedling recognition proceedings and certification, - Inspections of multiplication crops, - Sampling of seeds and seedlings, - Mechanical analysis of potato seedlings, - Controls of certified seed and seedling distribution, supplier and facility inspections, collection of control samples, inspections of authorized samplers and inspectors according to the established plan. - Supervision of compliance with obligations imposed on professional operators and other persons in the field of protection against introduction and spread of harmful organisms; - Monitoring and surveys of harmful organism occurrence, basic detection and diagnosis of harmful organisms and disorders, and collection of official plant, plant product, and other object samples for this purpose; - Participation in preparing materials for proceedings on ordering and canceling extraordinary plant protection measures (EPM) for eradication of harmful organisms and against their spread, and for decisions on reimbursement of operator costs and losses resulting from compliance with these EPM; - Preparation of materials for proposals to initiate administrative proceedings for imposing sanctions; - Other activities related to seeds, seedlings, and harmful organisms according to current requirements 25 days vacation + 5 additional sick days, professional training, meal allowance, allowance for cultural, sports and recreational activities, possibility to use organization's recreational and accommodation facilities, employment stability phone contact on business days from 8 to 14 hours
