Now we're looking for you to help create world-class service experiences with every visit. As a restaurant assistant at MAX, you're a key person in our daily operations. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that our guests receive the best possible treatment and that the restaurant always delivers at the highest level. Both in terms of quality, pace, and service. You work in a team and have varying responsibilities: you serve guests, keep the restaurant clean and tidy, work in the kitchen preparing burgers and fries, and manage the cash register to ensure guests receive what they ordered. During your first days, you'll learn the job step by step from your restaurant manager or an experienced colleague, and through our learning platform MAX Academy via digital training. For our restaurant staff positions, we've chosen a simpler and more relevant way to apply for jobs. This means you don't need to send in a CV or cover letter. Instead, you'll answer a few selection questions and complete a Service Test. We recommend that you answer the questions as thoroughly and honestly as you can. Once you've submitted your application, you'll receive an email with a link to the Service Test. The test consists of various situations that can occur in everyday life at MAX, where you'll describe how you would act. This way, you'll get a good early impression of what it's like to work with us. The test takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. Once we've reviewed both your application and your test, we'll get back to you as soon as we can. If you move forward in the process, you'll be invited to an interview. If you don't move forward, you'll receive notice via email. We handle applications on a rolling basis, which means the position may be filled before the final application deadline. Please note that the Service Test is a mandatory step in our recruitment process, and therefore we cannot move forward with candidates who do not complete the test.
