We see that you have previous experience with tire changes, are not afraid to roll up your sleeves, can work independently, and always go the extra mile even when things get very hectic. Your responsibilities will include greeting and providing customers with the best service, changing wheels, cleaning wheels, and some administrative and warehouse work. You will work alongside experienced colleagues where teamwork and a positive atmosphere are highly valued. It's important that you're used to working at a fast pace, as this is an intense season with many scheduled vehicles each day. Since you'll be the face of the company to our customers, it's essential that you enjoy customer interactions and delivering excellent service and that extra touch. It's important that you have a Class B driver's license and are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written. It's a plus if you have previous tire technician experience. Your employment will be with us at Curatia AB and you will work as a consultant at our customers' locations. You'll have a Consultant Manager with us who will ensure you enjoy your job and feel secure in your position. Working hours are Monday-Friday 07:00-17:00. We're now seeking a finance and payroll administrator with strong commitment and excellent customer service skills, as one of our colleagues will be on parental leave. About the Role As a finance and payroll administrator, you'll be responsible for parts of the company's payroll management. You work closely with operations, have a central role in our administration, and ensure that our employees receive correct pay on time – always with high quality and in compliance with applicable regulations. You'll also be responsible for some of the company's bookkeeping and financial monitoring. Your main responsibilities: Ongoing payroll administration Handling of employer certificates, sick pay, and government reporting Contact with Försäkringskassan and other external parties Bookkeeping and financial monitoring Support to managers and employees You'll work in close collaboration with the rest of the finance function and report directly to the operations manager. We're Looking for Someone With: Post-secondary education in payroll/finance At least a couple of years of experience in qualified finance and payroll work Good knowledge of employment law, collective agreements, and relevant legislation Experience with payroll management in personal assistance or care/healthcare is a plus You're thorough, responsible, and well-organized – you're comfortable working independently but also collaborate easily. You're service-oriented, humble, and enjoy being a support to managers, customers, and employees.
