About the Position As a candidate manager, you are responsible for building and developing the region's candidate network within welding, production, industry, workshops, and technology. You work closely with the consultant manager and are a crucial part of the business's success. In this role, you will: · Be part of building a new business from the ground up · Make a difference for both people and companies · Work closely with the business community in Värmland · Have opportunities to develop within recruitment, skills provision, and business · Be part of a company where training, recruitment, and staffing work together The position is based in Hammarö. Job Description Your responsibilities include, among other things: · Search and sourcing of candidates · Interviews and reference checks · Candidate care and network building · Matching to customer needs · Recruitment administration · Collaboration with our welding training and training operations We're Looking for You If You · Are structured and communicative · Enjoy building relationships · Are curious about people · Have high energy and self-motivation · Thrive in a fast-paced environment · Like working with clear goals You may currently work as a recruiter, HR coordinator, staffing assistant, guidance counselor, or in another role where you work closely with people. Experience in recruitment or staffing is a merit but not required.
