About the Position As a candidate manager, you are responsible for building and developing the region's candidate network within welding, production, industry, workshops, and technology. You work closely with the consultant manager and are a crucial part of the business's success. In this role, you will: · Be part of building a new business from the ground up · Make a difference for both people and companies · Work closely with the business community in Värmland · Have opportunities to develop within recruitment, skills provision, and business · Be part of a company where training, recruitment, and staffing work together The position is based in Hammarö.
