Office Assistant/Administrator

Stockholms Teknik-Team AB is now seeking an office assistant at 80% with immediate start. Stockholms Teknik-team AB is a group with 4 subsidiaries within the installation industry and property services. The company was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Länna Industriområde. In the role of office assistant, you will work with varied administrative tasks. We are looking for someone who enjoys providing excellent service and spreading positive energy to both visitors and colleagues. You thrive with variety and work in a unpretentious, solution-oriented, thorough, and structured manner at a fast pace. The role includes significant independent work, so it is important that you are self-driven and take initiative easily. Main responsibilities: Telephone switchboard Order management Reception of deliveries Document management Office environment and purchasing of office supplies Various administrative tasks This is an on-site role and work is performed at our office in Länna Industriområde. Working hours are scheduled on weekdays between 08.00 and 15.00. We are therefore looking for someone who enjoys being on-site, meeting colleagues, visitors, and suppliers, and contributing to a well-functioning office environment.
