Social Worker with Primary Care Experience Sought for Skåne

We are now seeking a social worker for an exciting assignment at a primary care center in the Skåne region. The position is 80%, i.e., 4 days per week. Desired start date: As soon as possible through week 4 with opportunity for extension. Work Tasks Standard work tasks at a primary care center for a social worker such as support and crisis counseling, social advice, and coordination. Schedule: 4 days per week, 8-17 80% Qualifications We are seeking you as a social worker or psychotherapist who has completed CBT1 and has at least 2 years of professional experience. The role as a consultant with us is perfect for you if you are engaged, a quick learner, and confident in your professional role. You should have good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as good record-keeping is important. We place great value on good references. You should have good medical competence, a strong patient focus, and excellent collaboration skills with colleagues. Period Start date by agreement. Preferably in September.
