For a new mechanical engineering manufacturing facility for sheet metal processing, in a new and modern working environment in the Kolín-Ovčáry industrial zone, we are looking for a colleague for the position "Production Operator - Machinist" Job responsibilities: Ability to operate conventional machine tools (drill press, milling machine, lathe, pedestal grinder, circular saw and hand-held power tools) including setting parameters and operation Knowledge of principles and technologies for machining/forming metals, sheets, types of materials and their properties, as well as operating and adjusting assigned equipment Familiarity with operating manuals for assigned machines/equipment Responsible for timely and correct data entry into the ABRA system Responsible for efficient use of working time and assigned equipment Performs measurement and visual inspection of machined parts using measuring tools and applicable technical drawings and documentation Performs regular basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment, tools and fixtures Collaborates in identifying and resolving issues during production Cooperation with other members of the production team to ensure smooth and efficient production. We expect: Education: vocational school, technical secondary school, or apprenticeship training Ability to read technical drawings and plans Knowledge of measuring tool usage Technical knowledge in metal machining Experience in a similar position PC skills: MS Office - basic level.
