RESPONSIBILITIES As a Production Technician, you are responsible for developing, improving, and ensuring quality in our production processes. The role is broad and varied with focus on both daily operations and long-term development. Your overall responsibilities include: • Developing and optimizing production and assembly processes, work methods, and production flows. • Participating in industrialization of new products and modifications of existing products. • Working with risk analyses, process mapping, FMEA, control plans, and PPAP. • Creating and updating work instructions, production documentation, and production economic models. • Planning and designing workplaces, production setups, fixtures, and tools. • Identifying and implementing improvement activities for increased productivity, quality, and safety. • Participating in investments in machinery, tools, and production equipment. • Participating in root cause analyses and problem-solving for quality and production deviations. • Providing technical support to production in daily operations. PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with a strong interest in technology who is driven to improve and develop operations. We believe you have: • Post-secondary education in production technology, mechanical engineering, industrial economics, or equivalent. • Experience from manufacturing industry. • Knowledge of production processes and industrialization. • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and documentation. • Experience with improvement work, preferably within LEAN. • Experience working with business systems and Office environments. • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
