We work with patients aged 18 and above who need health and medical care at the primary care level in their homes, both in specialized and ordinary housing as well as in disability care services. The Role and Responsibilities Your tasks include analyzing, mapping/assessing, treating, and providing advice and support based on the individual's needs to increase their ability to engage in activities and participate. Your responsibilities also include prescribing assistive devices/cognitive support and writing various certificates. Guidance and support to family members and care staff is also an important part of the work. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a licensed occupational therapist. A driver's license for a car with manual transmission is also required. Experience working in municipal health and medical care is a merit.
