Entrecon Consulting is seeking a project administrator

Do you want to work with project administration in construction, real estate, or infrastructure projects? Are you meticulous, organized, and enjoy bringing order and structure? Then we think this could be something for you! The Assignment As a project administrator, you will be a central part of the project team and work in close dialogue with other project members. You will be responsible for creating structure and quality in the project's administrative processes. Your work tasks will include coordinating, planning, and following up on activities within the project, such as administering internal and external meetings, writing minutes, managing documentation, and ensuring order throughout the project's lifecycle. You will create and maintain routines for reporting and follow-up. The work requires independence, meticulousness, and strong communication skills. You will be an important link in ensuring the project runs smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: A high school diploma. Experience working as a project administrator or relevant work experience in administration, customer contact, and project follow-up. Experience working according to routines and processes. Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Meritorious: If you have worked on large construction, infrastructure, or civil engineering projects, we see that as a plus. Knowledge of case and document management systems. Higher education in a relevant field. As a person, we believe you are meticulous, organized, service-oriented, and flexible.
