About the Role As a Project Coordinator for lead track order, you are the hub of our order process and ensure that our customers receive first-class service from start to finish. You will: Coordinate and project lead complex project orders from sales companies, distributors, and direct customers. Drive progress by working closely with other departments and conducting follow-up meetings. Ensure delivery precision by monitoring critical order flows. Work on continuous improvements by documenting experiences. The role involves both operational responsibility and strategic work to improve our processes for an efficient and sustainable supply chain. You will have many contact points within the company, which requires good collaboration and communication skills. Job Requirements We are looking for a service-oriented and solution-focused person who thrives with significant personal responsibility. You are comfortable collaborating and communicate freely with both local and international colleagues. We believe you have: University degree (bachelor's level) in a relevant field, or equivalent experience. Experience in order handling, project management, or customer service, preferably within manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of SAP and MS Office.
