F&B Manager

Workplace: Hotel Monty, Příkrá 218, 353 01 Mariánské Lázně. Permanent position (with probationary period). Start date: immediately available. Working hours: alternating short and long weeks, 7:00-19:00 h. Job responsibilities: monitoring quality of service provided, checking quality of dishes and beverages served, supervising storage conditions and warranty periods, managing orders, ensuring correct billing with guests, planning and organizing work across all sales outlets including the kitchen, preparing payroll documentation, overseeing professional development of subordinate staff, HACCP, occupational health and safety, and fire safety standards, organizing hotel events, administrative tasks in the F&B department, processing incoming and outgoing records of materials and goods, conducting inventories. Requirements: proven experience in the same position for minimum 3 years, knowledge of hotel food service operations, interest in the hospitality industry, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to make independent decisions, capability to lead a team of employees, pleasant demeanor, attentiveness to guest needs, sense of loyalty, PC skills (Word, Excel, Outlook preferred), English language proficiency – active communication required (knowledge of other languages is an advantage).
