Aftermarket Manager at Forsstrom - Develop a Strategic Growth Business

Forsstrom High Frequency AB develops, manufactures, and sells machines for welding plastic materials. Forsstrom is located in the beautiful Lysekil in Bohuslän. As a family-owned company, we combine short decision-making processes with international presence and are in an exciting growth phase. The aftermarket business is one of Forsstrom's most important growth areas. We are now looking for an Aftermarket Manager who wants to develop our business in service, spare parts, and customer support with the goal of creating profitable growth through an attractive offering, high service levels, and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will combine strategic business development and leadership with operational work and be a key person in our continued growth journey. You report to the CEO and are part of the management team. We want you to: · Develop the offering and drive the business toward set goals with P&L responsibility · Identify new revenue opportunities and create recurring revenue · Develop structure and working methods together with the team, other departments, and the partner network You bring with you: · 5-10 years of experience in service, aftermarket, or technical support operations · 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development · Documented leadership experience · Good technical understanding · Swedish and English, fluent in speech and writing Personal qualities: You have a strong customer focus, are flexible and solution-oriented, and enjoy the combination of operational and strategic tasks. You appreciate a flat organization with short decision-making processes and working with international business in a family-like environment on the Swedish west coast.
