Quality Assurance Officer
We are looking for a careful and independent person to join our team to manage quality control, handle complaints, conduct internal audits, and update internal documentation. Your Responsibilities - Handle customer and internal complaints - from receipt through evaluation and implementation of corrective actions, - Communicate during complaint resolution and identify root causes of problems, - Conduct and evaluate internal audits, - Monitor compliance with established procedures and standards, - Update internal documentation to reflect actual work practices, - Identify missing or inadequate work procedures, - When no appropriate guideline or procedure exists for a given activity, propose and develop new guidelines or work procedures, - Collaborate with individual departments in establishing corrective and preventive measures, - Monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures and evaluate their results, - Maintain relevant quality documentation and records, - Support employees in implementing and maintaining established procedures. About You - Secondary or higher education, ideally in technical or economics field, - Experience in quality management, internal audits, or complaint handling is a plus, - Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions, - Excellent organizational skills and independence, - Attention to detail and sense of order in documentation, - Ability to communicate across different departments, - Good computer skills, - Ability to describe actual processes, identify their shortcomings, and translate them into understandable work procedures or guidelines.
