We are looking for a careful and independent person to join our team to manage quality control, handle complaints, conduct internal audits, and update internal documentation. Your Responsibilities - Handle customer and internal complaints - from receipt through evaluation and implementation of corrective actions, - Communicate during complaint resolution and identify root causes of problems, - Conduct and evaluate internal audits, - Monitor compliance with established procedures and standards, - Update internal documentation to reflect actual work practices, - Identify missing or inadequate work procedures, - When no appropriate guideline or procedure exists for a given activity, propose and develop new guidelines or work procedures, - Collaborate with individual departments in establishing corrective and preventive measures, - Monitor the effectiveness of implemented measures and evaluate their results, - Maintain relevant quality documentation and records, - Support employees in implementing and maintaining established procedures. About You - Secondary or higher education, ideally in technical or economics field, - Experience in quality management, internal audits, or complaint handling is a plus, - Ability to analyze problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions, - Excellent organizational skills and independence, - Attention to detail and sense of order in documentation, - Ability to communicate across different departments, - Good computer skills, - Ability to describe actual processes, identify their shortcomings, and translate them into understandable work procedures or guidelines. Is it correct? Do we have it documented? If not, how do we set it up so the problem doesn't happen again?" Your task will be to help establish a system where internal documentation reflects the company's real operations and serves as a practical tool for employees.
