Job Description As a barber at Hårklippet, you will work with classic and modern men's haircuts as well as beard trimming and styling. You will meet customers of all ages and are responsible for providing professional advice based on the customer's wishes. The role requires you to work carefully, have an eye for detail, and enjoy providing top-class service. You will be part of a cohesive team where collaboration, quality, and good customer service are an integral part of daily work. About the Position This is a direct recruitment, which means that the recruitment process is handled by Yourstaff, but you will be directly employed by Hårklippet from your first day of employment. We are looking for both those who want to work full-time and those seeking a part-time position. The scope of the position will be adapted based on the right candidate's preferences and the business's needs. Working hours are scheduled according to the salon's opening hours and may include both weekdays and Saturdays. Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience as a barber Good skills in men's haircuts and beard trimming Good Swedish or English communication skills Service-oriented and professional in customer interactions Careful, responsible, and quality-conscious Desirable Qualifications Journeyman certificate or barber training Experience with both classic and modern cutting techniques Experience selling hair care products We conduct interviews and selections on an ongoing basis, so the position may be filled before the final application deadline if we find the right candidate.
