We are now seeking new colleagues for our night patrol in Lessebo Municipality. Night shifts on units other than the night patrol may occur. Your employment may include night shifts throughout Lessebo Municipality. As a nursing assistant on the night patrol, you work closely with people and provide support in their daily lives. You perform care and support work in people's own homes. As a nursing assistant, you base your work on elderly individuals' personal circumstances, needs, and wishes. Services are provided based on assistance assessments and may range from personal care and hygiene to supervision, certain health and medical care tasks, and good coordination with home healthcare. As a nursing assistant at night, you work independently but also together with your colleagues during your shifts. All social documentation is done digitally in our Viva system. Your tasks include carrying out planned services, responding to emergency calls, performing delegated health and medical care tasks, documenting, and communicating with other units in the municipality. Working hours are scheduled for nights, both weekdays and weekends. Your employment is on an hourly basis with the possibility of also being introduced to day and evening shifts if interested. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with nursing assistant training, and experience in elderly care is a merit. You have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, and good computer skills. A Class B driver's license is required. You must also be able to pass the medication training that is required for delegation of nursing care tasks. You will be part of a team where your ability to collaborate is as important as working independently. We seek someone with good interpersonal skills and a professional approach. You have the ability to create a sense of security and calm even in stressful situations. We value that you take responsibility for contributing to the operations with a positive attitude.
