Store Associate, Grocery/E-commerce Team, Willys Knivsta C
We are all different. And that's wonderful! We don't hire people based on a template, but based on who you are. For us, drive and personality are more important than experience and background. We're doing well and growing rapidly. Now we're looking for more cheerful team members with the right attitude and a desire to develop!
About the Job
We're looking for you who loves food, people, and sales and wants to be part of our great team at Willys Knivsta C! The role is simply about helping our customers buy good and sustainable food at really great prices.
The position includes: Permanent employment at 26 hours per week, with a probationary period.
Start date: August 10, 2026 or by agreement.
Work hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.
Requirements: Upper secondary education, good Swedish language skills (spoken and written). We welcome applicants of all ages, but pursuant to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 Chapter 8 and Appendix 2, we do not employ persons under 18 years of age due to the nature of the work tasks.
Here's a bit more about the role:
Together with your colleagues, you manage the varied daily operations in the grocery department, such as ensuring the store is well-stocked and looks great. You may also work with picking, packing, and delivery of e-commerce items.
You meet our customers with knowledge, sensitivity, and a big smile, whether the customer needs help finding a product or paying for it.
After a while, you will also place orders and plan sales and help the store reach its sales and profitability goals.
About Us
For us, the right attitude and a desire to develop are more important than experience and education. We work together as a team, as we see that really good teamwork produces the best results—while having fun at work.
A bit more about us:
We are covered by the Retail Employees' collective agreement, which includes fair terms such as pensions, insurance, and good overtime compensation.
You receive wellness benefits, employee discounts, and employee offers after a period of employment.
Our big passion is making sure everyone can afford good food. For example, we open our own stores in socially disadvantaged areas and help others open social grocery stores.
Sustainability is important to us, and we work, for example, to constantly reduce food waste.
We give you great opportunities to grow through various responsibility areas and training. Many who started their journey as store associates at Willys are today team leaders, store managers, or have a specialist role at our support office.

About You
Willys is constantly growing and developing, and you like to do that too. You want to learn new things, enjoy being challenged, and are driven by taking on greater responsibility. It's also great if you:
See when something needs to be done, roll up your sleeves, and get it done.
It's an advantage if you've worked in retail or in service, but it's not a requirement.
You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more than one language, so if you do the same, that's great!
