The unit operates around the clock, and we strive for good and equitable care with high quality, as well as staff with appropriate competence. Nursing care work is varied and includes both traditional nursing care and medical-technical tasks. Work tasks can change quickly depending on which patients are being cared for at any given time. After approximately one year of experience in the infectious disease clinic, you become dual-competent and can handle both infection and ear patients. As a team member, you participate in various responsibility groups and therefore have several development opportunities. You can engage in, for example, patient safety, emergency response teams, and mentoring of students. We are a relatively small clinic with close collaboration between professions, and we work closely in teams with doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, and medical secretaries. This creates a dynamic workplace with engaged staff members. We have fun together!
