"I have worked at the acute clinic since 2008 in various roles. One of the reasons I've enjoyed working at the acute clinic is the feeling that you make a difference for patients who need acute care. It feels significant to be part of a team that works together for the patient's health, and sometimes for their survival. We save lives! My experience is that we have a strong sense of togetherness at our foundation and there's always support available. You can always ask someone and we support each other. Over the years, I've not only gained great colleagues but also great friends. Another reason I've stayed at the acute clinic is that it's never boring. You learn something new all the time. The clinic is in constant development and there's a will to always improve." Our work environment is exciting, sometimes stressful, enjoyable, and challenging. Working hours offer you great opportunities for variety as we work day/evening/night shifts and weekends. With us, you have good opportunities to influence both your work schedule and your employment level. A prerequisite for you to thrive and fit into the role as a nurse with us at the acute clinic is that you can handle stress and make quick priorities with the patient in focus.
